Use of the platform 77ey — including all Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and promotional features — is subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion available on the platform.

When detected, all accounts linked to the same CPF are closed and balances are held pending investigation, and may be forfeited if intentional use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is confirmed.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration. The 77ey may request verification of any account information at any time. False or outdated information may result in a temporary account block or permanent closure, with the balance held pending verification.
The 77ey performs identity verification — a process known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — which is mandatory before processing each user's first withdrawal. The process may require submission of the following documents:
Verification is completed once and does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals, unless there is a change in account details or a fraud suspicion. The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. The 77ey does not charge fees on deposits. All deposits are credited in BRL, with no foreign currency conversion. Deposits made by third parties — meaning from bank accounts not held in the name of the account holder at 77ey — are declined and the amount is returned to its source.
When a user chooses to activate a bonus at the time of deposit, the bonus credit is applied once the deposit is confirmed. The bonus balance and real-money balance are tracked separately in the account at 77ey. Users may choose not to activate the bonus before confirming the deposit — this decision cannot be reversed once the transaction is completed.
Withdrawals of real-money balance at 77ey is available once identity verification (KYC) is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The primary method is Pix, with processing in up to 10 minutes after approval in most cases.
Pix withdrawals are processed within up to 10 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals requested while a KYC verification is pending may take up to 48 business hours to be released. Users at the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP tiers receive priority withdrawal processing, as described on the VIP Program.
Sports Betting at 77ey cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, and other leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and Formula 1, among others.
The cash out feature allows users to settle a bet early, receiving an amount calculated based on the live odds at the time of settlement. Bets settled via cash out do not count toward bonus rollover. The cash out value available may be lower than the amount staked, depending on how the event is progressing.
The 77ey offers live betting during ongoing events, with odds updated in real time. The system may temporarily suspend live markets during situations with a high risk of rapid odds movement — such as penalty kicks or goals. The suspension is automatic and brief. Bets submitted during a suspension period may be rejected by the system.
The 77ey offers a selection of casino games, including slots, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), and crash games such as Aviator. All games are provided by licensed suppliers used by operators in compliance with industry standards.

VIP cashback is credited weekly as real money, with no additional rollover — it can be withdrawn immediately via Pix. Cashback rates range from 5% (Bronze) to 20% (Diamond), calculated on the net negative balance for the week.
The 77ey reserves the right to downgrade users to lower tiers in the event of an extended period of inactivity, as defined in the full VIP Program rules available on the relevant page of the platform.
Strictly prohibited on the 77ey the following behaviors, subject to immediate account closure and balance retention:
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 77ey. Once requested, the available real-money balance is returned via Pix to the account holder, provided there are no pending verification checks or ongoing investigations. Bonus balances are not returned upon voluntary closure.
The 77ey may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe, a judicial or regulatory order, or identification of platform use by a person under 18.
Users who request self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons will have their account blocked for the chosen period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, the user may not create a new account at 77ey. Real-money balance is returned after the blocking period ends or upon request in the case of permanent self-exclusion.
